Sea & Ski Shuttle and Transfers Ltd. and its employees are not responsible for missed connections or cruises due to traffic, weather or road conditions, mechanical problems or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings and tickets are to be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to the trip.
Refunds
Sea & Ski Shuttle and Transfers will only refund those tickets that were purchased online at www.seaandskishuttle.com, any tickets purchased at the cruise terminal are sold by our agent who follows a separate refund policy with different particulars. Refunds will only be issued if the customer cancels their booking as per the Cancellation Policy. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
